I had a luxurious experience at this hotel, from the warm welcome to the exquisite breakfast with river views. The staff, especially Kristy, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even helping us navigate some last-minute plans. However, not everything was perfect, as I faced some service inconsistencies during my stay, which detracted from the overall experience.
